When you join the Best Benefits Club, you will receive a binder that includes an information sheet personalized for your company and including instructions on how to use the website. The simplest way to implement the Best Benefits Club is to provide each of your employees with a copy of the information sheet. The password that is needed to access the Best Benefits Club website is printed on the sheet along with the website URL and our office phone number. Your employees can access all of the benefits on their own--no need to bother you with questions or ticket purchases. An easy way to get the information sheet into your employees' hands is through your company newsletter or a payroll stuffer, but the best way to distribute the information is by having an employee benefits fair. Best Benefits Club encourages all companies with 200 or more employees to consider allowing us to hold an employee benefits fair at your location. All you need to do is provide a date, a room and tables. Best Benefits Club will bring door prizes, distribute membership information, which includes your employees' password, and personally explain the program to your employees. If your company allows on-site sales, we will bring movie tickets, zoo tickets, HoneyBaked Ham gift certificates and more for your employees to purchase. We also bring discounted vacation information as well as other local discount information. With your permission we will bring along our vendors who will chat one-on-one with your employees, provide handouts and door prizes as well. Best Benefits Club needs to bring a minimum of 4 vendors to hold a complimentary benefits fair. If we are not able to get a minimum of four vendors to attend or if you do not wish to have vendors at your fair*, the fee for the fair will be $200. *If your company will allow BBC to have an additional table in order to distribute vendor marketing materials, we will do our best to obtain enough vendors to submit their materials at a small fee to cover the $200 cost. You will also find in the binder a benefits directory, mail-in order form and vacation benefits directory which may also be copied and distributed to those employees who may not have internet access. There are also Best Benefits Club savings posters that should be displayed in a place where your employees tend to congregate, such as a lunchroom or by the water cooler or a copier. We'll be happy to send you additional posters if you need them.
