Our Employee Benefits Fairs give Best Benefits Club Vendors an excellent opportunity to speak about their products and services one-on-one with our members' employees. We currently average 35-40 employee benefits fairs per year and the number is increasing. There is a $25 to $100 fee for a table at each fair, depending on the number of employees expected to attend.

Our fairs are very popular and typically fill up quickly. Therefore, vendors who sign up, but do not attend, will be billed as their tables could have been given to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance so that we may contact someone on our waiting list.  If we cannot find someone to replace you, you may send us literature to place on your table for you. 

All of your printed material must have either a BBC logo or words to the effect of 'As a BBC member you receive...' We have available for purchase at a cost of $70.00 per 1000 BBC labels to apply to your literature. Best Benefits Club WILL NOT apply labels for you.

Employee Benefits Fairs - Rules and Regulations

All vendors need to be approved by the employers who are allowing us to hold the benefits fair at their location. All employers have the final say as to who will or will not have an exhibitor table at their workplace.

Effective May 5, 2007- Due to crowding at tables, only TWO representatives per company are allowed to attend benefits fairs.

Effective January 1, 2007- For every 3 benefits fairs that you attend, you will get your 4th benefit fair attendance for free. (Maximum value $50) This will be a year round deal as Best Benefits Club realizes that attending as many fairs as we hold can get costly and we hope that this will enable everyone to keep coming.

Effective October 5, 2006- Any vendor who is not set up and ready to go at the STARTING TIME of an event or who packs up to leave early will now be charged an additional $25. This is not a policy we wanted to have to institute, but unfortunately too many people have been arriving late and leaving early. We owe it to the company and to the company’s employees to be on time and to stay for the whole event.

If you cannot attend a fair that you have committed to, please send someone in your place. We promote your presence in advance and the employees will be looking forward to seeing you there.
